‘Wetlands – Lifeblood’ was a very well received centrepiece for GANEAA’s ‘Where The Rivers Meet’ exhibition at the Wangaratta Art Gallery in 2017. Where the rivers meet in flood they create wetlands which bring life and abundance, sustain the floodplain flora and fauna and slake a parched landscape, preserving life throughout the next dry spell. Fiddleback River Red Gum and Resin with clear varnish finish. Estimated 300 years old and milled by Timber Millers in 1950’s at Poodumbia (King River) in Oxley. A divinely unique table top for the discerning collector.
